Graduate Placement Programme(needs to start by 30 Nov 2014)
A graduate can expect the following:
A structured role with clear measurable’s over the next 6 months.
Project management training to help focus and manage time on the priority tasks neede for the business.
£600 of training funds – some can be used with a 1:1 mentor in marketing or other specialist field.
My time to help the graduate deliver the objectives, act as a facilitator, to signpost, mentor – we will have at least 3 review meetings to discuss progress.
The graduate will be introduced to a graduate and business network in Cornwall.
