Activeplus - Veterans Inspiring people.  We use the skills, experience and expertise of injured military veterans to deliver unique programmes that build confidence, motivation and self-belief, unlocking the potential of participants, all of whom are from vulnerable or potentially vulnerable groups.

Jane Hicks - The Fluent Self CIC – we help people to build effective relationships in both their professional and personal lives, using the Functional Fluency model and TIFF personal development tool.

In a straightforward and practical way, Functional Fluency gives you the self-awareness and understanding to:

• Communicate articulately so avoiding misunderstandings
• Motivate and support others without wearing yourself out
• Become more objective, confident and relaxed.
